So with further research on cringe comedy I discovered this awesome website tilted films and things; https://natashaharmeryear1.wordpress.com/2014/10/19/cringe/. On this website was a writer who writes in this little book tilted "Writer's Block". One of her journal entries told the story of her first day on the job and the funny but absolutely terrifying thing that caused her termination the very same day. The story is absolutely entertaining to read and stands as a perfect example for cringe comedy being that it combines humor with uncomfortable embarrassment.
